Earth Systems 2, January 5, 2018

Unit Standard:   SES1 Obtain, evaluate, and communicate information to investigate the composition and formation of Earth systems, including the Earth’s place in the solar system.
Learning Targets:
I can list the sciences that make up earth systems.
I can describe the focus of each of the sciences that make up earth systems.
Open:  Review Syllabus & website
Work:
There’s only 1 earth systems class at North Cobb- should more students take it or should we even bother to teach it?  Small groups teacher assigned- list & describe the sciences that make up earth science
Regroup by sciences, create poster explaining each and it’s link to the others.
Close:  Present posters to class
